Delivery Services

Standard Delivery Times:

Standard Delivery: 4-7 working days

Express Delivery: 2-4 working days (available on select items)

Items can arrive sooner if they are immediately in stock. Similarly certain items may incur an additional wait time subject to stock availability so it is recommended to check stock level prior to order due to the volumes sold online we are unable to consistently update stock for all items.

All of the following postcodes may incur an additional delivery charge:
(Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Iscles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, BT, IM, TR21-25, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH30-44, PH49-59, ZE.)


We aims to provide you with a high class shopping experience every step of the way. We assure you that we take all due precautions so that your furniture reaches you in brand new condition and on time.

We can deliver to Northern Ireland & all Southern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Highlands, Northern Scotland, Scottish Isles or the Channel Islands. However, you would need to call our Customer Service Team to obtain the cost of delivery to these areas. If you feel that the delivery cost quoted is too much for these areas, then we will deliver free to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. Further transport and responsibility for the items will belong to the customer from this point onwards. We will not be able to accept any responsibility for any damage or loss caused in shipping overseas. 

Maximum Order Delivery Time
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the items you have purchased and you will be advised on how long the delivery time is estimated at. However delivery may take slightly longer in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, courier errors and others. Please check your emails regularly for such updates. 
Our furniture coming from UK Suppliers typically will take around 2-3 Weeks to arrive. 4-5 Weeks for some specialist ranges. The maximum delivery time we quote is for our furniture sourced directly from Italy which is 'Made To Order', estimating 6-8 Weeks delivery time due to the nature of the order. Some items maybe out of stock or discontinued. In this instance you will contacted to advise whether you would like to cancel the order or wait until the item is back in stock.

Courier Service in more detail

Small pieces of furniture, smaller orders and some home assembly items will be delivered by courier. Once your order has been picked from stock, it will be packaged for delivery to you, and collected by courier. You will receive an email on the day of collection from our Customer Service Team, advising you that delivery will take place the next 1-2 days and be given the tracking number for your order. Courier deliveries will take place between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to take the delivery on the day allocated, the courier will leave an Attempted Delivery Notification, which will ask you to contact them to rearrange another delivery at your earliest convenience. If you have specific days in the week that are more convenient to receive a delivery, please let our Customer Service Team know when your order has been acknowledged, and we will endeavour to deliver on these days, wherever possible. All courier deliveries will require a signature from an adult when receiving the order and also require you to check that the item has not been received damaged. Any damage with your order must be reported by email and accompanied by photo evidence where appropriate within 24 hours of receiving delivery. 


Please note we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

Any item damaged in transit must be clearly signed as damaged by the customer on the delivery note. If the item is not signed as damaged on the delivery note, the customer has accepted full responsibility for any damages reported after this date. Any damage to the goods must be reported within 48 hours to ourselves. Replacement will have to be arranged for any damaged reported to ourselves

Our Customer Service Team are constantly monitoring your order and tracking its progress from the day of placement to the day you receive delivery. You will receive regular updates regarding your order, but should you have any questions at any point, please do not hesitate to contact us.

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. We only send items to UK Mainland addresses. If you are unsure whether or not your address is covered by our delivery service please contact us and provide your full address.
Different delivery time for some products
Some products in our catalogue might be directly shipped by our partners and usually take longer time to reach your doorstep.
Delivery of the order is only done on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
How to track your Order?
We send you an email confirming the shipment of order along with the details that contains the tracking number and the name of the logistics provider. You can Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.
What if shipment information is not clear even after using my tracking number?
 If you are unable to track your order due to the courier website not keeping your order updated, please contact us and we will contact them directly.
I haven’t received my order even after the estimated delivery date
 You can call the courier partner with your tracking reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information they provide to you, please give us an email or call with your order number and we will be happy to help you.
