Our office is based in London, UK and warehouses are based in London, UK and Glasgow, UK. Currently, we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.00 GBP.
Any other queries such as change of mind/ cancellations/ refunds/ damages etc. please direct all of your correspondence to info@ivy-lifestyle.com. Please also provide the full name on the order, your delivery address and your order number so that we can ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. We require any issues to be sent to us in writing so that we can log all details onto our system and open a support ticket.This ensure that all issues are dealt with accordingly and logged for feedback and improvement purposes.
Please note: If you do not contact us via email regarding any issues in a timely manner we may refuse the right to issue cancellations and refunds as it must go through this process in order to be resolved.
Any damage claims must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of goods to ensure that a successful damage claim can be filed. Any returns or cancellations must be reported within 14 working days of receipt of goods. If you would like to cancel an order for change of mind or personal reasons, this can only be done before the item has been shipped. If you wish to return any goods for personal reasons please contact us and we will inform you accordingly.
